The club of presidents of associations of the motor transport of members of MSAT automates accounting

On January 4, 2014 the 1C:VDGB company announced implementation in ROO "Club of Presidents of Association of the Motor Transport — Members of MSAT" of industry software "VDGD: Accounting for non-profit organization".

Project Tasks

Club - rather big group of experienced specialists from the different countries, and the tasks facing it are extensive and require constant control.

The organization needed the instrument of automation accounting, tax and analytical, financial, warehouse, production and other types of accounting. Accounting the solution capable to keep separate account of all economic operations on financing sources was required, to control funds expenditures, to automatically distribute the amounts of economic operations on several financing sources, the specialized reporting of NPO, settlings with foreign investors.

Specialists of 1C:VDGB company helped - they proposed the solution on the basis of software "VDGD: Accounting for non-profit organization" intended for automation of regulated accounting in non-profit organizations. The program helps to keep account on all spheres of activity in one information base that considerably facilitates and accelerates a set of processes. In the solution all existing rules of the Russian legislation are considered.

Project Progress

Employees of "1C:VDGB" held necessary consultations on the choice and support of software, installed and provided a free support of the basic version.

Project Results

Use of the solution helped to raise qualitative and high-speed indexes of document flow of the organization, to improve transparency of accounting, to adjust the automatic distribution of finance considering sources of money.
