In February, 2014 UniCredit Bank announced completion of implementation of the new CRM system intended for work with corporate clients. The special version of the Austrian product "update.seven" intended for the financial sector is its cornerstone. As integrator on the project the L&P Solutions Kft company acted.
The implementation project was separated into separate phases. The paramount task was to achieve a clear understanding of the organization of business processes and internal procedures to provide a full compliance of requirements to these aspects, tell in UniCredit Bank. Several problems were in parallel solved at once: implementation of uniform bank vault of data and implementation of "update.seven" which started practically at the same time. It demanded additional study of project phases for an opportunity to combine them and, thus, to increase flexibility of interaction between all involved parties.
The bank adds that during the project enormous work on adaptation of a system, creation of the data warehouse on corporate clients and updating of internal bank processes was done.
Implementing solution based on "update.seven" in Russian UniCredit Bank is a part of the international project of division of UniCredit Bank in Central and Eastern Europe starting in 2011 According to plans of bank, in addition to Russia the similar CRM system had to be implemented in seven countries of Eastern Europe, including Ukraine, and the total number of its users - to exceed 5 thousand employees.
According to representatives of UniCredit Bank, during deployment at them a new CRM system similar projects proceeded in three countries of Central and Eastern Europe where there is a UniCredit group. It gave the chance to share experience, solutions and techniques on some questions. UniCredit Bank adds that among the Russian banks their organization by the first implemented the update.seven system.
It should be noted that in 2009 in UniCredit Bank the project on implementation of the uniform CRM system based on Oracle Siebel integrating all offices of bank in the territory of Russia was complete. On this project acted as integrator Jet Infosystems.
UniCredit Bank told TAdviser that this solution was implemented for retail division of bank. As of the beginning of 2014 it uses a system in credit process on services for individuals.
In total, according to representatives of UniCredit Bank, their retail division uses three CRM systems. In addition to Oracle Siebel, a system based on software of SAS also belongs to them. The name of the third system in bank was preferred not to be specified yet.
