CyberPlat service of exchange of documents of financial statements

CyberPlat is service of exchange of documents of financial statements in the system of the protected electronic document management (EDO).

On February 5, 2014 the CyberPlat company ("CyberPlat") announced improvement of the service of the same name of exchange of documents of financial statements in the system of the protected electronic document management (e-document flow).

Advantages

After completion of integration into the EDMS of elements for work with electronic invoices, payment agents of CyberPlat ("CyberPlat") had an opportunity of transition to completely paperless document flow. The innovative solution conforms to all requirements of the tax law, repeatedly increases the speed and convenience of information exchange, excludes influence of external factors on document flow and arranges interaction of partners in an electronic payment system.

The updated EDMS allows providing in CyberPlat ("CyberPlat") of the invoice with the electronic digital signature (EDS) issued by one of the authorized FTS certification centers. Access to the electronic reporting placed in the Office of the payment agent of the CyberPlat system ("CyberPlat") is performed using the EDS and the personal identifier of the payment agent submitting unique number of the participant of electronic document management at any time. After signing of reporting documents money transfer into the account of the payment agent is performed within a day.

For access to new opportunities in the EDMS the payment agent needs to perform several operations:

• receive the certificate of the qualified EDS,
• be registered by a system and get a participant identifier of electronic document management.

After the identifier is registered by the accounting system of CyberPlat ("CyberPlat"), the dealer can pass to completely paperless document flow.
