Video surveillance

The video surveillance system reproduces Perimeter up to 40 cameras on one screen. The number of cameras on the screen is selected by the user.

When viewing a system gives the chance to enlarge the image. A system allows to manage turn and an inclination of cameras which support these functions (PTZ cameras). When viewing the user can save any frame on the local computer.

A system works with cameras of any permission, including allows to browse HD cameras (1280x720) and FullHD-cameras (1920x1080).

For the distributed objects an opportunity to group cameras in objects and to tie to points on the map is provided.

Record

The video surveillance system Perimeter executes permanent record and record on the movement. In the second case the detector of the movement which is built in the camera is used.

A system allows to select playback rate of record from 1x to 8x and also gives the chance to download the necessary fragment on the local computer (container flv/mkv).

As fixed asset of navigation in archive the time line (timeline) on which for movement the runner is used acts. For fast transition to the interesting moment in archive the calendar and the timer are provided.

A system gives to the user an opportunity to browse the list of the recorded events of the movement and to play video and audio at the time of any event. For simplification of navigation on events an opportunity to pass to the following/previous event of the movement is provided.

Mobile access

The video surveillance system Perimeter is available from mobile devices and supports the IOS platforms (iPhone, iPad), Android.

Access does not require installation of additional applications - rather normal web browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer 9.0 above).

In mobile version the same functions, as in the normal version are available: observation in real time, search and reproduction of historical records and another.

Support of a sound

The video surveillance system Perimeter uses the microphones which are built in cameras and supports AAC, PCM codecs.

A system executes a sound playback in real time and also record and a sound playback of archive. An opportunity to regulate the volume level is available to the user.

In browse mode of several cameras a system gives to the user the chance to switch between audio streams of cameras.

Access rights

The video surveillance system Perimeter separates the access levels into user and administrative.

The user access level allows to observe in real time and also to look for and browse historical records. A system allows to limit access for the user only to certain cameras.

The administrative access level allows to create users, to add the camera, to get access to monitoring of the connected cameras, to add new hardware platforms to a system.

Monitoring

The video surveillance system Perimeter in a constant duty analyzes a status of the cameras connected to it and fixes the arising problems.

A system executes recurring inspection of the written data timely to reveal problems with hard drives and possible violation of a format of a flow of the camera.

All activity of the connected cameras is fixed in a schedule type of loading and events of the magazine.

A system notifies responsible persons on the arising problems by sending adequate notices by e-mail and the SMS.

Platform

Video surveillance system Perimeter provide support to 300 cameras and up to 1000 viewers on 1 hardware platform.

A system is scaled and can consist of unlimited number of nodes (hardware platforms). Loading on signal transmission and storage of records is automatically distributed between all nodes.

In case of failure of one of nodes of its function are delegated by another. Adding of nodes and management of them is executed via the general interface of administration of a system.

The hardware platform can be delivered together with the software or independently be purchased. For work of the software Perimeter is required the operating system of the Unix family.
