CNGS Group upgraded the system of production communication

On February 7, 2014 the AMI company announced project completion of upgrade of a system of telephone communication of OOO "Si En Zhi Es Inzheniring" on the basis of implementation [[of the Samsung platform by convergent IP/TDM.

Project Tasks

The reliable communication with clients, partners and territorially remote workers is necessary for the enterprise for successful productive activity. The production automatic telephone exchange operated in the company in 2013 exhausted the value, did not correspond to business challenges of the company and was not subject to upgrade.

Project Progress

For solving of tasks of Si En Zhi Es Inzheniring LLC specialists of AMI company offered the Samsung OfficeServ 7400 platform. Subscriber capacity of a new system about two hundred ports, at the same time subscriber and linear capacity can be significantly increased due to adding both TDM ports, and VoIP-canals. One automatic telephone exchange can provide with communication up to 480 subscribers, and network inclusion allows to increase repeatedly capacity with support of a full range of services in network.

IP terminals of Samsung are integrated into the communication system as internal system phones, at the same time IP subscribers can be connected to automatic telephone exchange worldwide where there is an Internet. The new automatic telephone exchange has more than 80 channels of connection to telecom operators with routing by criterion of the smallest cost.
