N3. Open government

Based on N3 platform. The open government in 2013 was developed two solutions. The first belongs to the class "Open Region" and represents the State information system "Our St. Petersburg". The solution allows to organize by a convenient method fast interaction of residents with representatives of authorities for the purpose of effective solution of problems of inhabitants in the field of housing and public utilities (further - in the field of health care, social protection, security, etc.). Inhabitants will have an opportunity via the Internet (on the portal or through mobile application under iOS and Android) to inform representatives of authorities on the arisen problem, to trace the course of its solution and to estimate efficiency of its elimination. Besides, the solution provides to inhabitants official data on the address programs and works which are carried out in the city, information on objects of municipal economy (technical data sheets of buildings, data on the granted licenses, etc.), data on emergency and planned shutdowns electro-and heat power, hot and cold water supply.

The following development of 2013 within Open government is implemented in trial operation in the form of the State information system "Open Data" of St. Petersburg). The solution allows to provide convenient access to official data of public authorities in a machine-readable type without any license restrictions that allows to reuse them for development of different applications and resources.

The users who do not have necessary skills for work with data sets in a machine-readable type can browse data directly on the portal in a tabular style or on the map of the city. The solution "Open Data" undergoes trial operation. Industrial start is planned for the I quarter 2014.
