On February 7, 2014 company "1C Architect of business" announced the project in Pool master LLC - implementation "1C: Trade Management".

Project Tasks

Due to the accounting complication, the Pool Master company addressed to "1C Architect of business" with the offer - to automate operational and management accounting, business processes, in particular - the analysis and sales planning.

Project Progress

Specialists of "1C Architect of business" proposed two solutions corresponding to the client's tasks for consideration: "1C: Trade Management" and "1C: Small Business Management" ("1C: Small Business Management"), carried out their contrastive analysis, consulted at installation cost. The customer selected "1C: Trade Management", and a role in the solution was played that the functionality "1S:UT" is closer, than "1C: Small Business Management", to functionality of "1C: Retail" in which personnel "The master's pool" worked earlier, so, employees would need less time for mastering of a new system.

Specialists of "1C Architect of business" quickly set and configured in "A pool the master" the software product on two workplaces, by means of regular mechanisms of data exchange of "1C: Trade Management" with "1C: Retail" transferred accumulated information, reference books and documents to the new program.

Project Results

As a result of automation the management of Pool master LLC received the new tool for increase in business performance allowing to keep commodity, inventory and financial account quickly to receive reports for acceptance of management decisions.

2016

Software "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" in Pool master LLC is implemented.

In the project progress works are performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance;
  • Sale of the selected software products;
  • Transfer to temporary use (leasing);
  • Software installation on the customer's computers.
