Content

On February 10, 2014 1C Company: Announced the first BIT implementation in LIRA shop of the solution of automation of trade Frontol. Trade

Project Tasks

Accounting in the company was conducted using the self-written program, there were difficulties with systematization of information, creation of the range of goods, inventory. Everything was complicated by a large number of trade positions of different orientation — from food to household chemicals.

Project Objectives:

  • rebuild business processes of shop of countertop type in modern shop with the system of self-service, effective and convenient for clients;
  • optimize work of a warehouse.

Project Progress

In the project the equipment is used:

  • data collection terminal of Pidion BIP-5000 black;
  • POS system of ATOL ForPOSt Supermarket;
  • cash boxes by the special order with the built-in scanner;
  • the built-in scanners of the barcode Honeywell MS7625 Horizon;

  • CAS AP scales.

Specialists of First BIT carried out the analysis of outlet (measurements of indicators: the passability, the size of the area of a trading floor and warehouse and other), created the project of complex upgrade and business process automation of "turnkey" shop.

Arrangement of a retail and electronic equipment is prepared, programs of trade are revised. Automation was executed in 2 weeks.

The First BIT company simulated business processes:

  • separation of basic transactions of trade and warehouse accounting (arrival, expense) on areas of responsibility;
  • simultaneous accounting in the sales prices and at cost; goods marking;
  • work with the prices and nomenclature of suppliers;
  • accounting of turnover of alcoholic products with formation of quarter and annual declarations;
  • work with exceeding and elimination of regrading;
  • pricing;
  • settlement (it is possible to conduct by stock count documents and/or agreements, at payment transactions the remaining balance on settlement is controlled);
  • accounting of transactions of collection;
  • inventory and other.

For implementation the Supermarket ForPOSt POS systems delivered by ATOL company are used.

Project Results

With implementing solution payment process of purchases at the checkout accelerated, queues were reduced, goods turnover increased, the loyalty of buyers increased, their quantity increased, work on commodity accounting, the reporting is simplified, the efficiency in general grew.
