Realty Estate Group switches to cloud office

On February 11, 2014 the AMI company announced creation of failsafe infrastructure of Realty Estate Group LLC.

Project Results

Specialists of AMI company carried out works on creation of failsafe infrastructure for Office 365 online-services on the Windows platform of Azure and migration of e-mail from Google mail to Microsoft Exchange Online service for Realty Estate Group LLC. Integration of a cloud solution with an internal IT environment is provided, the single system of authorization is implemented.

The created system provided to the staff of Realty Estate Group LLC the convenient and safe tool for exchange of electronic messages and planning of working time, an opportunity to hold meetings, training and other actions in an audio/video conferencing format, wide functionality of the internal portal for the organization of joint work, including a possibility of joint editing documents, using the web interface, without the need for the Microsoft Office installation on the PC.

Access for users to a mail system, the portal and means of communications is possible from any type of devices, both in a local network of the enterprise, and beyond its limits. Confidentiality of information is guaranteed due to data encryption in the course of transfer, besides, storage and duplication of information in geographically distributed structure of DPCs of Microsoft outside Ukraine gives the chance to protect it from threats of natural and technogenic character. Protection of e-mail against spam, viruses and unauthorized access is provided. High reliability of work of all services at the level of 99% is guaranteed to Microsoft according to SLA - Service Level Agreement.
