Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

1. Tunings of differentiation of access rights for the staff of 76 branches and the Central office are performed.

2. The configuration under special requirements of the company is finished:

  • the functionality for reflection of salary in regulated accounting is finished
  • new roles are created
  • templates of radar station for convenience of differentiation of accesses for individuals are implemented
  • different external printed forms, reports and processings are created.

3. New rules of exchange for integration with an accounting system "the Continent are created: Insurance 7.7" for 76 branches.

4. Web services for integration with an insurance information system are implemented.

5. New are created and the existing mechanisms for data transfer from the previous information bases are finished: "1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7", "Continent: Insurance 7.7", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", MS Excel, "FIREPLACE: Payroll 1.2 and 2.0", personnel system of the third-party developer.

6. The functionality of unloading of files for data transmission within salary projects for tens of banks of the Russian Federation is implemented.

Maintenance:

  • Updating of the platform and the standard configurations "1C: Enterprise", diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies is made.
  • Works on updating of the platform and standard configurations, diagnostics of a status of information base, creation of archive copies are monthly performed.
  • Consultation on technical issues of work with software products of 1C is performed.

Description

In 2011 in Soglasie Insurance company the decision on implementation of an end-to-end system of registration of personnel, payroll and the connected taxes was made. Among systems presented at the Russian market the solution based on 1C: Enterprise 8.2, was selected by "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

As a command on implementation of this information solution the project team from ADS-soft company was chosen.

Within the project on system implementation, the uniform information base for services of personnel records and payroll in 76 branches of the Company in which more than 4 thousand salaried employees and more than 10 thousand agents individuals work was created.

The tasks of automation of personnel office-work, payroll set for the project and taxes were reached, namely:

1. Administration of personnel records and payroll from head office of the Company is simplified, thanks to the unified business processes and rules set in a new system and also thanks to accounting in the single database.

2. Calculation of taxes on agents individuals is integrated with a single insurance system that allowed to avoid double entry of data in the accounting systems, as a result, to lower labor costs, the quantity of errors and time necessary for data processing.

3. Support of a system is consolidated at the level of head office that considerably increased its quality, the speed of introduction of necessary changes and reduced support cost.

4. The transparency of measure calculations, as for salaried employees, so for agents individuals is considerably increased that led to decrease in amount of internal requests on interpretation of the calculations and tax risks connected with errors in calculations.

5. Transfer process of the salary and taxes is automated that lowered labor costs of the relevant divisions.

6. The different report forms allowing the Company are developed to obtain quickly various data on personnel records and salary expenditure in different analysts.

7. Level of confidentiality of personal information of salaried employees, their amount of the salary is increased.

The Following Tasks Were Performed:

  • Consultations on the choice of the software and options of its maintenance
  • Collecting and requirement analysis of the customer to an automated system
  • Planning of stages of works, drawing up job schedule
  • Methodical ensuring specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (the requirement to adaptation)
  • Creation of interfaces and sets of user rights
  • Technical implementation of specific features of accounting and management in the automation system (adaptation)
  • Integration with other systems based on 1C: Enterprise
  • Integration into third-party automation systems
  • Initial settings of standard/industry solution (program) to start accounting
  • Input of opening balances / the help when entering opening balances
  • Data transfer from the previous automation systems
  • Training in group at office of the customer.
