  • Time recording.

Work on the Adaptation of the Standard Solution

  • Setup of functionality of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.2" program under specifics of managerial accounting of the salary of head enterprise;
  • Settlement process of a bonus part of employees according to individual motivational schemes is automated;
  • Accounting really of a worked time according to the data obtained using the automated complexes of fixing of time of arrival and departure of employees is implemented;
  • Creation of the specific report forms applied to group.

Maintenance:

  • The paid agreement 1C:ITS is issued
  • Consultation on methodical questions of work with the program of 1C is performed
  • At the request of the user the selection of consulting and methodical materials from an information system of the ITS PROF is performed.

Description

The partner in creation and implementation of the centralized database selects Intell-Sistem LLC company - affiliated enterprise Sia INTERNATIONAL LTD Ltd. Process of automation was complicated by the fact that the enterprises of holding are in the different cities of the Russian Federation and worked at the configurations "1C: Payroll and Personnel 7.7.", different on settings for the period creations and implementations of the centralized base of affiliated enterprises by specialists of Intell-Sistem LLC are carried out the following works:

  • Program installation of "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.2" on the server in head enterprise;
  • Data transfer from the 1C: Payroll and Personnel 7.7 program in the "1C: Payroll and personnel management 8.2" program for all affiliated enterprises;
  • User training (about 130 users);
  • Setup of data exchange from the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.2" program with head enterprise for all affiliated enterprises;
  • Setup of functionality of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8.2" program under specifics of managerial accounting of the salary of head enterprise;
  • Settlement process of a bonus part of employees according to individual motivational schemes is automated;
  • Accounting really of a worked time according to the data obtained using the automated complexes of fixing of time of arrival and departure of employees is implemented;
  • Creation of the specific report forms applied to group.
