On February 10, 2014 the Cinimex company announced product output "The integration module with a repository" for the credit and financial sector.

General description

At the end of 2011 the order of FFMS No. 11-68/pz-n "About the statement of the Order of maintaining the register of the agreements signed on the terms of the general agreement (the uniform agreement), providing information necessary for maintaining the specified register and information from the specified register and also submission of the register of the agreements signed on the terms of the general agreement (the uniform agreement) in the federal executive body for the securities market", become effective in October, 2012 is announced. This regulation regulates work of a repository. According to the order, the repository will accept the reporting under the bargains with off-exchange derivatives concluded within general agreements, and market participants are obliged to send it at the scheduled time which in most cases make less than 3 days.

The repository of off-exchange transactions represents the register of agreements from which information daily goes to the regulator. Market participants can transfer the reporting to a repository as in a paper, and electronic form. In practice it is more preferable to use an electronic form, it will allow to lower considerably costs, in particular rates for transfer of the reporting in paper form are much higher.

"The integration module with a repository" automates a number of processes of preparation and provides functionality on the organization of the reporting.

Components

• The separate scheme in DBMS which contains tables, functions, procedures and other objects necessary for operation of the module (the scheme can be developed on DBMS Oracle MS SQL IBM DB2 PostgreSQL)
• The web interface of the module is implemented using Apache Wicket framework and can be unrolled on any application server, compatible to JEE 5
• The role model of differentiation of access rights is implemented. Authorization of users is executed using LDAP or means of the module

• The application is developed on the basis of JAVA of technologies and is easily integrated into any IT infrastructure

2015: There was a release "Cinimex: The integration module with a repository 2.0" v.39

On July 16, 2015 Cinimex developers provided upgraded version of software "to Cinimex: The WORLD 2.0" v.39 with advanced functionality and support of the message formats of NSD of v.3.6.

Program development of Cinimex company allows to automate in a complex business processes of formation and sending the repository reporting in full accordance with the last regulatory requirements of the regulator.

In new release of the solution "Cinimex: The WORLD 2.0" v.39 are implemented support of formats of electronic messages of NSD of v.3.6 and ability to integrate with the systems of customers through web services according to the augmented list from 20 tools, such as repo, Currency swap, Conversion transaction, etc.

As the company, for July 16, 2015 stated software "to Cinimex: The WORLD 2.0" is used in five largest Russian banks entering in TOP-15 and regularly updated according to new regulatory requirements and changes of business processes of customers.

By October, 2015 implementation of support of the specification of electronic messages of NSD of v.3.7 is planned.
