Cadastral technologies: Technical inventory

The AIS Technical Inventory (TI) is the professional software for technical inventory and setting of objects of capital construction on the cadastral registration.

Description

A system works on client-server technology, each specialist from the place interacts with the general database.

The edition AIS TI intended for automation of works on production of technical plans of objects of capital construction in the form of electronic documents (orders of the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation No. 403 of 9/1/2010, No. 693 of 11/23/2011, No. 583 of 11/29/2010 and No. 52 of 2/10/2012).

Specific Features

• Electronic interaction with Rosreestr

A system creates a document package for setting of Construction Department on the cadastral registration. Sign documents EDSs and directly from the program to transfer to territorial authority of the cadastral registration.

• Import of space data

A system helps to import space descriptions of objects of capital construction from external sources.

The AIS "Technical Inventory" is quick entry of the address by preparation of the technical plan or technical data sheet of a real estate

• Built-in editor of drawings and schemes

The editor of drawings and schemes integrated into a system allows to make out sections of a graphic part of the technical plan (the scheme of geodetic constructions, the layout chart of an object on the land plot, the drawing of a circuit of an object).

• Joint work

The single database, access isolation to it and the multi-user mode help with an organiztion of joint work of employees with system objects.

• Adaptation

Existence of different settings allows to adapt a system for specific features of work of the organization.

• Flexible system of reports

The system of reports allows to prepare printing documents (reports) of different degree of complexity, fully using the data which are stored in a DB.

• Input of the address using KLADR

Input of the addressing information is performed using the qualifier of the addresses of Russia (KLADR).

• Verification of electronic documents

All electronic XML documents created by a system undergo obligatory testing for compliance to requirements of a format (XML scheme). Thus, the possibility of formation of the document with errors in its structure is excluded.

Resource requirements

Server part:

• DBMS Oracle 10g R2 (Express Edition, Standard Edition One, Standard Edition, Enterprise Edition);
• any operating system supported by the relevant editorial office DBMS Oracle.

Client part:

• operating system of the Windows family (2000/XP/Vista/Seven);

Microsoft .Net Framework 3.0/3.5

The product consists of three functional modules:

The specialized module - for production of technical plans of a real estate in the form of electronic documents

Change history of the status of the document

• Module "Electronic Interaction"

Formation of all document package for GKU Construction Department in electronic form (the statement and annexes to it). Work with the EDS. Direct transmission in Rosreestr.

Form of editing statement

• Module "Administrator"

It is intended for inline tuning of a system, maintaining qualifiers and reference books, management of users.

Version control

There are two versions of a product:

• AIS TI: The basic version - is focused on cadastral engineers
• AIS TI: The maximum version - is intended for BTI and cadastral engineers

Both support work with the EDS and direct sending documents to Rosreestr.
