Budova Production and construction holding (Worksection)

"Our enterprise is a production and construction holding. We have 6 enterprises, among them - 1 construction company, 2 productions, 2 commercial structures and 1 realtor company. Thought of a management system when bothered to go on our offices which are scattered on the city to discuss some small issues. Today we use Worksection as a management system in marketing department. Head marketing department is in the main office, but at each enterprise, there are the employees resolving the current marketing issues.

We use a system not only as a management system, and it is initial more likely as schedule system: we create the project, we write what needs to be made on it (in the form of problem definition), we appoint responsible. Huge plus is that the employee from any office, seeing the task, understands that he depends on it that it is a chain link and if he does not cope with a task - that it will suffer all project - earlier, it was rather difficult and to explain long.

The employee spreads the solution of the task and colleagues from different offices have an opportunity to see result, to comment on it, to advise something - it very much helps with achievement of the end result.

After implementation of project management it became more interesting to work. Each employee sees the work, understands the value in collective and influence on the end result".
