2018: Systematization of storage of affairs of MOESK ISS branch

On August 15, 2018 ELAR company reported that it arranged and systematized storage of affairs of Moscow Cable Networks branch (ISS branch) of PJSC MOESK.

For all the time of work in the company a large number of agreements and personal accounts accumulated. These are documents of long term of storage as they are the history of relationship of power consumers with the organization and confirm proper accomplishment of duties by both parties.

To prepare funds for transfer on the state archive storage, PJSC MOESK addressed to ELAR.

According to representatives of PJSC MOESK: "Archive document handling has special specifics and quite not easy to carry out it by own forces. Special attention to parts, knowledge of laws of archiving and high qualification of specialists is required. It is extremely important for us that process took place with observance of all regulations and requirements of Federal law No. 125-FZ "About archiving in the Russian Federation"

Staff of ELAR prepared paper arrays for storage: sorted documents in fund by years, structural parts and types, carried out expertize of value. Then important and relevant documents were restored, sheets of each case are numbered and sewed, made internal inventories and also the historical information to funds. In total 524 affairs with a total amount more than 50,000 sheets were prepared, and the written-off affairs with expired storage life — are utilized with maintaining confidentiality.

2014: Archive document handling of MOESK

On February 12, 2014 the Elar company announced accomplishment of archive document handling for "Moscow United Electric Grid Company" (MOESK).

Project Results

ELAR corporation executed archive document handling of "Moscow United Electric Grid Company" (JSC MOESK). 375 cases were created, systematized and described - it is more than 85 thousand sheets.

Sheets of documents in each case were numbered, sewed in separate folders and bound. Specialists of ELAR corporation made the inventory of archivings with indication of their details: sequence number, heading, dates of extreme documents, the number of sheets in case, the term of its storage and also the summary of separate documents. The most part of cases was made by materials of personnel department of the company. Thanks to creation of the systematized MOESK archive fund, search time of necessary documents was reduced, and access to them for clerks was simplified.
