"House-building plant No. 1" automates work of corporate dining rooms

On February 13, 2014 company "1C Architect of business" announced implementation of the automation equipment in network of corporate dining rooms "House-building plant No. 1" (DSK-1).

Project Tasks

To decision-making to automate departmental network of a power supply the obsolete equipment and the software, lack of integration with a banking system were the reason (acquiring).

Project Progress

Jobs of cashiers decided to automate using the ForPOSt POS system of cafe 12", intended for work at catering establishments. A system functions based on the software of Frontol. The cafe which provides the high speed and customer service quality in fast food restaurants has a set of necessary functionality (different types of payment, data exchange with stock count software, marketing actions, etc.).

For automation of six dining rooms purchased seven sets of a retail store equipment. Specialists of "1C Architect of business" held a number of events for setup of a system and to personnel training:

1. Assembly of the POS system, the Frontol software installation at the checkout and the PC for the administrator (operator), creation of user rights, connection and setup of peripheral equipment (a fiscal registrar, the CR, a strongbox), setup of a payment type "bank card" by default, a font in the check;

2. Element of the enumerated list user training to work with Frontol software: starting menu, pricing, standard cash transactions;

3. Presence in day of start for an insurance of the user (cashier) on correctness of actions;

4. Additional services: help in connection of the acquiring terminal.

Project Results

With implementation of the automation equipment capacity of corporate dining rooms grew. Considerably work of the cashier became simpler.

Wishes of an automation client of payment by bank cards are executed.
