The city administration of Solikamsk implements a control system of figures of merit of work

On December 8, 2013 it became known of project completion of implementation in city administration of Solikamsk of an information system on the platform of the software KPI Monitor Analyzer.

Project Tasks

Implementation of the KPI Monitor Analyzer automated control system in work of city administration of Solikamsk is focused on simplification of work of executive authorities.

Project Progress

KPI Monitor Analyzer collects data, analyzes and controls execution of indicators of all processes happening in municipality that helps to build work on program target principle - the requirement of the federal legislation.

A system services several directions, including the analysis of quality of the provided services, manages the movement in cash, analyzes quality of management of the main finance document.

Big tasks, such as work on the Program of social and economic development, budget, will be coordinated by this system, and any deviation in one document automatically and will be visually reflected in the others.

The efficiency of each official will be displayed in an information system. According to target indicators, the picture of activity of all links of municipality, from the mayor to the ordinary specialist, will be provided visually and estimated respectively.

Development and deployment of a system is conducted by Omega LLC company.

In a system indicators of the Program of social and economic development of SGO, the budget, performance of agreements with the Government of Perm Krai are coordinated. The deviation in one document automatically and visually is reflected in the others. For example, having the annual diagram of holding auctions, the administration enters it into the system - it will give the chance to trace not only strict execution of the diagram, but to see the movement of the budget and all indicators of the programs coordinated to it.

The first in the Solikamsk municipality the innovative technology is approved by innovation management and information technologies - it is a developer of a technique.
