The Hi-tech of the Security Guard company in 2011 put in operation a video surveillance system of Bosch at factory on production of confectionery of the Italian company "Ferrero".

The factory constructed in Sobinsky district of the Vladimir region became the first Ferrero plant in Russia and the second in Eastern Europe. As the CEO of FERRERO Russiya Ltd Arturo-Maria Kardeluz spoke: "We are sure that, as well as other enterprises of the FERRERO group in the world, the factory in the Vladimir region will become the model enterprise - the latest achievements of group of Ferrero in the field of the organization of high technology production will be used here". Therefore for creation of a video surveillance system the hi-tech and reliable equipment of Bosch company using the last innovations was selected from IP video surveillance.

Design, delivery, installation, commissioning and commissioning of a modern video surveillance system were executed by specialists of Hi-tech of the Security Guard company. For defense of perimeter and monitoring of the internal territory of the enterprise which occupies the space in 78 thousand square meters 123 television cameras were installed.

Use of modern intellectual digital processing and the analysis of video signals of Bosch Intelligent Video Analysis (IVA) substantially raised degree of reliability and security, allowed a security service to be guided quickly in a continuous flow of video images, announcing all critical events to the operator and displaying these events on screens of monitors. Penetration into the prohibited area, a long delay in zones through passage and on parking, illegally parked car or the left object, movement of an object from normal location, change of conditions, for example, change of an aspect ratio of an object (the person began to move on all fours) - the attention of the security service specialist will be immediately drawn to any of these events.

IVA of version 4.0 has the intellectual algorithm allowing to consider change of lighting and environmental conditions, for example, a rain, snow, clouds and leaves of trees which are turned on wind. Algorithm execution directly in television cameras of Bosch eliminated need for additional special computers. Stabilization of the image allows to make the exact analysis even at unstable provision of the television camera. And creation, transfer and storage of metadata together with video images allows to display trajectories and other characteristics of objects on monitors and provides quick search in videoarchives.

The full-function video surveillance system of Bosch Video Management System is applied to control of television cameras and video images. Archiving of a video is conducted on nine with an iSCSI-massivovobshchy capacity of 100 TB. The video surveillance system of Bosch of VMS will allow to increase easily further a system, adding television cameras, workstations and additional opportunities according to the growing requirements of the enterprise.
