YUGRA-Leasing completed implementation of ERP on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform

On February 18, 2014 the TOPS Consulting integrator announced the project of automation of factoring activity in Yugra-Leasing company implementing solution on the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform.

Project Tasks

Growth of volumes of factoring transactions, high quality requirements and service rates of clients, business criticality of obtaining the convenient operational reporting – the key factors which influenced the decision on automation of Yugra-Leasing company. Prior to the beginning of the project, in accounting of factoring it was used Microsoft Excel.

Andrey Kondrashov, the CEO of YUGRA-Leasing, noted: "At some point the used software tools began "hold down" development of the company. Information on transactions was stored separately, and with growth of volumes of business it became difficult to manage both the specific transaction, and activity of the direction in general. Process became excessively labor-intensive, and to trace the payment calendar became impracticable. These difficulties led to rise in price of service of transactions and decrease in marginality. It became clear that we need the new tool capable to become the driver of the direction".

Basis for creation of the universal set-up solution on factoring selected the Microsoft Dynamics AX platform which is already used in the company for management of leasing activity. Use of the general information space as a uniform entry point for all data, critical for business, became an important selection term.

Project Results

The implemented functionality helped YUGRA-Leasing to increase the amounts of financing on factoring in 2013 seven times in comparison with previous year, to organize transparent turnover of primary documentation, to automate business processes of approval of the transaction at all levels, from receipt of the request before its closing and to reduce the labor costs connected with the procedure of verification, financing and reporting.

"The solution allowed to adjust control of cash flow, to quickly recalculate the commissions and payments in case of adjustment of delivery notes and invoices and also to calculate penalty fee and penalties at delay of payments, to manage receivables and to plan receipt of financial flows. Thanks to a system it became simpler to trace as fair clients and debtors, and on the contrary. And on the basis of the prepared reporting we had an opportunity to make operational decisions on increase or reduction of limits of agreements with clients and debtors, or to failure from work with them. Also accounting of primary documentation on transactions became transparent and evident as it is conducted in a binding to specific agreements concessions", – Svetlana Pushnikova, the chief financial officer of Yugra-Leasing company emphasized.
