The Kalmyk state university implements the multimedia training complexes

On February 18, 2014 the Polymedia company announced project completion on creation of the multifunction multimedia training complexes of the Kalmyk state university. The project is implemented within the federal program "Personnel for Regions".

Project Results

The solution gives ample opportunities of work with educational audience and a large number of options of interaction with a class – as it is individual with each pupil, and with educational groups, – among which: joint work over interactive lessons, holding polls with instant demonstration of results, remote presence at a remote class.

The systems of a video conferencing for the organization of remote education, speaker systems, the document camera, interactive boards, tablets and desktop displays, testing systems and poll, marker boards and the computer equipment enter into equipment of three training audiences.

The updated audiences are equipped with special furniture: using transforming tables in several minutes the working space changes both for individual work of students, and for collective creativity. For work in groups eight desktop wireless ActivSlate displays which allow are installed, without rising from the place, to give the written answer on an interactive board. For individual work and quality evaluation of knowledge the system of poll and testing of ActivExpression is provided. A system allows to check the level of knowledge in real time: the received answers can be output at once to an interactive board or to save for the subsequent analysis – the "training in own rhythm" mode allows to process answers of each respondent in an individual order.

The workplace of the teacher is equipped with an interactive monoblock using which the teacher can, both to manage the image on an interactive board, and to create interactive lessons using the software of ActivInspire – for this purpose enough to connect the traditional keyboard to the device.

In three audiences intelligent Flipbox displays are installed. Multifunctionality of the device which combines in itself all necessary functions in daily work and also the intuitive interface allow to use it on the presentation and protection of student's works, and in everyday discussions, brain storms, seminars and lectures.
