The Prefecture of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow will mount a climatic system

On February 18, 2014 the LanKey system integrator announced readiness of development of the design estimates of a hi-tech engineering system and approval of the project in Mosgorekspertiz by request of the Prefecture of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow.

Project Tasks

At the end of 2013 the Prefecture of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow announced competition on design of an energy saving climatic system. The needs for development of a new system are caused by the fact that at the moment the building of the prefecture is equipped with rather power-intensive system which requires shutdown in cold season and at the same time not always provides comfortable conditions and profitability of operation. Within the public contract the task to design the climatic system meeting the most modern requirements regarding energy-saving technologies and to receive the positive decision in Mosgorekspertiz is set. Based on the held competition by the winner the LanKey system integrator was recognized.

Project Progress

The LanKey company developed the project of a conditioning system based on a VRV system for the 8-storey building of the prefecture. The choice of a necessary VRV system in project and surveying works is caused by the high level of profitability at multifunctionality of the system providing a comfortable microclimate in the building in mode 24х7, 365 days in a year at low consumption of energy resources.

The next stage, according to conditions of the public contract - the positive conclusion in Mosgorekspertiz according to the design estimates. The staff of LanKey received it. All works are performed with proper quality in strict compliance with the terms regulated by the public contract. On project deliverables the Prefecture of the South-Eastern Administrative District of Moscow awarded Grigory Arsyonov, the CEO of LanKey company, the medal "For Valorous Work".
