It will help the companies printing and sending the large volume of the personalized documents to reduce costs, to increase quality of printed materials and to minimize errors in the course of production of departures.

Description

"Managing Information System" (MIS) is the Xerox software product integrated by a complex of modules of development, printing and a konvertovaniye of departures with variable data, accounting of defects, formation of tasks on a dopechatka of circulations, preparation of the accompanying documentation and reports on the done work. Xerox of penal correction system it is capable to prepare the accompanying documentation for shipping batches according to a form 103 Russian Post.

The functionality of a system allows to manage effectively printing processes, a konvertovaniye and shipments of departures taking into account specifics of the different industries. The product is completely integrated with printing the equipment of Xerox and also provides ability to integrate with the folder inserting equipment of Kern company. Existence of such list of functions allows creation of the systems of a closed loop of processing of departures with automatic creation of tasks for a dopechatka of defects. Problems of monitoring of all production phases are successfully solved, automating processes of sending documents for printing, accounting of finished goods, identification and a dopechatka of the rejected departures. Xerox of penal correction system controls load distribution between devices and redirects flows of documents on others printers if on one of machines there is a breakdown.

The solution is focused on the power supply companies, financial and other institutions making mailing personalized billing (accounts, statements, notifications) and marketing materials (brochures, flyers, coupons, etc.). Xerox of penal correction system helps to reduce an average term of preparation of documents and costs for formation of departures that influences increase in profitability of production. At the same time due to process automation, decrease in influence of a human factor the quality of finished goods increases and the quantity of the errors arising by drawing up and printing of documents is reduced. Compatibility with third-party technologies

The software package supports printing using VIPP technology and third-party engines of generation of documents with personal information from such developers as XMPie, Pitney Bowes and Objectif Lune. The Automated Jobs (AJ) allow differentiation of access rights of users to systems capabilities that guarantees information security and safety of confidential data.
