On February 20, 2014 the SoftExpert company announced software implementation of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 in GU TO Tulaavtodor and 24 divisions of the organization.

Project Tasks

Organization changed the status and type of economic relationship from self-supporting to budget. The company needed a new information system which helped to organize accounting according to regulations of the budget legislation of the Russian Federation, to quickly prepare the regulated reporting.

According to the recommendation of SoftExpert company selected the 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 software product.

Project Progress

The project is implemented within 4 months. During this time specialists of SoftExpert company performed installation and tuning of the program, organized data transfer from information bases of branches in uniform base of a new information system. For small departments distributed access to the general base, for large – terminal is organized. In total 50 jobs in central office and separate divisions are automated.

Project Results

A new system provided operational and painless transfer of organization from self-supporting on the chart of accounts for budgetary institutions. Significantly load of accounting service of the organization decreased. Now specialists of separate divisions enter only primary information into a system, and accounting of central office prepares the reporting under GU TO Tulaavtodor for providing in regulatory authorities. The number of accountants in divisions is reduced. The accounting staff of organization is cut down from 60 to 38 people. At the same time all transactions are executed in accurately fixed terms, without delays. The effective management system for material resources is built.

From the moment of consolidation DRSU all procurements are conducted by the central office. Exactly here decisions on signing of the contracts on supply of materials and component parts are made and bills are paid. Branches work already with specific data. For example, having estimated the volume of a remaining balance of materials according to sheets, they can independently contact the necessary branch and redirect resources, having processed the documents confirming the transfer fact. As a result the volume of warehouse stocks decreased by 22% during the same volumes of the performed works, at the same time the regular supply of objects is provided with required materials and component parts.

In the program the simple mechanism of management of loading of vehicles is in addition created. In daily reports information on the flowing and planned load of special vehicles is reflected. Using these data, heads of branches can competently redistribute resources, sending the equipment to the most loaded sections that allows to avoid idle times in work.

Control of expenditure of budgetary funds is strengthened. A new system allows to create reports which clearly demonstrate in what directions financial limits are exceeded and where work is conducted according to the plan of financial and economic activity of organization.

Yury Homenko, the chief accountant of GU TO Tulaavtodor, told: "The system created on a basis of 1C: Budget Institution Accounting 8 allowed to pass quickly to new type of accounting, significantly simplified work of staff of divisions. We work very quickly, all reports are given in accurately fixed terms. Besides, a new system became a good source of information and for the management of GU TO Tulaavtodor. The top officials of the company in the online mode can obtain information on amounts of completed work on all 24 branches, information on the material consumption and use of special vehicles.
