U-Reverse – hybrid cash desk - the development of Fujitsu company focused on the CEMEA market.
On February 20, 2014 the Fujitsu company announced completion of works on creation and an output to the market of the enterprises of retail of the hybrid solution for the settlement and cash system of shop.
Description
U-Reverse is the ready-made solution for the retailers which faced a problem of management of queues at the checkout at an exit from shops. Normal cash desks are badly adapted for the solution of a task of management of queues as attendance of shop depends on a season and time, increasing at the peak moments and falling to a minimum in hours of calm.
In the solution of Fujitsu the traditional cash desk and integrated solution of self-service at the exit are joint.
Administrators of shop can quickly pass from a traditional operation mode, using the operator-cashier, to the self-service mode. Switching from one mode in another takes less than two minutes. The self-service mode using the solution U-Reverse helps buyers to be calculated for purchases. They scan barcodes on goods and pay purchases without intervention of sellers of shop. The solution U-Reverse can work both with cash, and with credit cards, allowing buyers to pay off with the most convenient for them with method.
