Danone Ukraine (TsBT: Supply chain management of SCM)

Case on the example of the large-scale project "Distribution requirements planning" of one of the largest producers of molokoprodukt in Ukraine - Danone company.

The system of production planning of Ukraine Danone was automated based on TsBT APS - the version of the "TsBT Volume Scheduling" software product. Within a uniform planning cycle this module is responsible for creation of optimal production schedules, taking into account performance and loading of work centers, readjustments, availability of raw materials and other restrictions.

Implementation of the TsBT SCM tool allowed to plan requirements on a daily basis and to manage the goods delivery from suppliers and the plants on distribution centers, regional warehouses and in other sales channels. The tool automatically supports the inventory level in borders of the installed buffer, considers forecasts, the fluctuations in demand and a set of restrictions in supply chains.

As a result of use of solutions TsBT by Danone company impressive results were achieved: reduction of the inventory level for 30%, increase in goods availability by 2-3% to the security level of 96-98%, reduction of write-offs of finished goods for 17%, reduction of time of planning process and also its labor input more than for 60% and another. Systems are implemented on 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3 that provides simplicity of support and a possibility of upgrade.
