RBC Group implemented QlikView in PepsiCo Ukraine

March 3, 2015. The RBC Group company announced completion of implementation of the QlikView analytical application according to the analysis of receivables in PepsiCo Ukraine. Implementation was performed based on the standard solution RBC Group with completions on specifics of business of PepsiCo.

The implemented application includes the following analytical tools: The control panel with indicators reflecting a status and dynamics of change by the principle of LFL in three set periods of indicators of volume of debt, a gain and repayment, receivables turnover ratio. The tabular and graphic means of the analysis of receivables in different cuts including: the analysis of receivables on randomly to the configured aging baskets; analysis current and arrears; payment plan of receivables; the analysis of partners at whom there comes debt; receivables turnover ratio; dynamics and trends of structure of receivables; detailed LFL analysis; analysis of discipline of payments; revenue analysis and reserves on an arrears covering; transaction analysis; reliability analysis of clients. Partners, agreements, orders, sales channels, territories, types of implementation, routes, outlets, delivery points, managers and trade commands treat cuts of the analysis. The analysis can be made for any period in accounting currency or a transaction currency.

The accounting system of 1C Company 8, data from which are loaded in the automatic mode, is data source for the application.

The analytical application allowed the company to optimize structure and receivables turnover ratio, allowed in a real mode of time to obtain necessary information on a status of receivables and to make management decisions.
