The Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications of the Republic of Tatarstan will provide with communication budget organizations

On February 24, 2014 the Tattelecom company announced a victory in an open tender in Tatarstan where the ministry of informatization and communication of the Republic of Tatarstan ended open electronic auction on provision of services of communication for subscribers of the state integrated telecommunications system of Tatarstan.

Project Tasks

The initial cost of the government contract is 266.3 million rubles. Two companies acted as applicants for provision of services of communication: Torus Telecom and Tattelecom. Both companies are allowed to the tender. Won competition Tattelecom, according to the offer of the smallest price in 263.7 million rubles. The offer of Torus Telecom - 265.01 million rubles.

According to tender conditions, the winner should connect budget organizations of the republic to data networks. The technology of connection is ADSL (capacity not less than 512 Kbps on the entering and outbound traffic, delays no more than 100 ms, loss of packets no more than 3%), on Ethernet technology (with capacity not less than 5120 Kbps on the entering and outbound traffic, delays no more than 50 ms, loss of packets no more than 0th %), on communication fiber lines (capacity of the channel not less than 100 Mbps on the entering and outbound traffic, delays no more than 50 ms, loss of packets no more than 0th %).

In addition, the operator is obliged to organize a point of exchange of traffic between nodes of the state integrated telecommunications system of RT and a data network of the operator, to provide the bandwidth of trunk communication channels from district nodes of a data network of the operator in Tatarstan to nodes of the state integrated telecommunications system of RT in Kazan not less than 2650 Mbit / c.
