On February 26, 2014 the Technoserv Consulting company announced the beginning of development of the concept of the IT system of personnel management, joint with specialists of the Perm research and production instrument-making company, on the basis of SAP HCM.
Project Tasks
PNPPK headed for implementation of effective managerial technologies in work with personnel. With respect thereto in PNPPK made the decision to transfer the existing personnel processes to a single platform of SAP ERP, having added with its functionality SAP HCM.
The command Technoserv Consulting together with service IT and functional specialists of PNPPK should execute conceptual design of the solution on the basis of SAP HCM and preparation of the project documentation.
IT specialists of PNPPK will carry out personnel management system implementation by own forces. At this stage experts Technoserv Consulting will provide consultations of a project team of the customer on technology questions and functionality of a system.

Project Progress
In the project of an automated system consultants Technoserv Consulting put basic control functions by personnel: maintaining the organizational plan of the enterprise, the staff list, personnel records, planning and the actual accounting of a worked time, calculation and payroll accounting, formation of the regulated and analytical reporting. SAP HCM will be integrated with the implemented modules SAP ERP, an electronic document management system, a control and management system for access to the territory of the enterprise and its internal divisions, the system of cashless payments for services of dining rooms, applications "bank client", systems for data exchange with different funds and controlling organizations. These processes are going to be automated by the end of 2014. At the second stage enhanced capabilities of SAP HCM regarding costs planning, workforce recruiting, development of a system of motivation, management of social programs and also professional development programs of employees and preparation of a talent pool are implemented.
Completely the IT system will enter an operating mode by the end of 2015.
