"Orelenergo of IDGC of Centre" implements means of operational and technology management

On February 27, 2014 the Orelenergo of IDGC of Centre company announced transition to two-level model of operational and technology management of objects.

Project Progress

During 2011 - 2012 the company sharply increased the level of telemechanization of objects. In 2010 a telemekhanizirovana one PS of 110 kV Western. In 2011 telemekhanizirovano 23 substations (in brackets the quantity of objects with the easy solution – the module of the CU of production of Sistel Avtomatization LLC capable to transfer up to 16 telesignals from an object is specified), in 2012 – 50 substations, from them 10 according to the SSPI program.

For 2013 according to ^[1] telemechanics complexes on 7 substations are put into commercial operation. For February 27, 2014 telemekhanizirovano already 83% of PS of 110 kV and 31% of PS of 35 kV.

Telemechanization of 7 substations of 110 kV and 2 PS 35 kV is planned for 2014. The volume of telemechanization should provide to the manager operational management of a system in general and separate units, electric devices and communications for establishment of the most rational operational modes and also for the fastest localization and accident elimination if this problem is not solved by means of automatic equipment.

In branch telemekhanizirovano the level of 35/110 kV of 75 substations from 142 (52.8%) and only 3 TP/RP 6-10 kV from 7038. The priority direction is complete telemechanization of PS of 110 kV as almost all of them are included into the SSPI program and transfer of teleinformation from data of PS is required in SO UES Branch of JSC the Kursk RDU. On PS of 35 kV for reduction in cost of a system only the reduced the price technical solution is now used.
