Description

McAfee used an approach in McAfee Threat Intelligence Exchange that helps close the time gap between detecting and containing complex, targeted attacks.

According to the developers, organizing the exchange of threat information between different security tools and coordinating the adoption of preventive measures in real time helps McAfee provide immediate protection against complex targeted attacks using network and endpoint protection tools. McAfee Threat Intelligence is the product of the significant evolution of McAfee's first Security Connected platform in 2011.
