Baltika made replacement of a mail system

On March 4, 2014 the Digital Design company reported: the project of migration of a system of e-mail for Baltika brewery is complete.

The company integrator performed preparation of a system of e-mail and data migration with IBM Lotus Notes on the Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 platform.

Project Tasks

The reason of change of the software - desire of the customer - to unify a mail system with the system of Carlsberg Group for global integration and exchange of a contact information.

Project Progress

Digital Design developed the solution for migration of users, the solution on synchronization of contacts with the partner companies. Feature of the project - full automation of process of migration by means of special development of Digital Design.

Facilitating employees transition from IBM Lotus Notes to Microsoft Exchange Server the team of specialists of Digital Design created for users a test environment for approbation: access to mailboxes in both systems was open.

Project Results

During the test period our solution provided automatic duplication of incoming messages on the new postal address".
