Logistics Vision Suite in a warehouse of Mireks company

Mireks group - the supplier of electrotechnical products in Khabarovsk and Primorsk edges. The company has the developed network of retail stores, is a distributor of the European producers of electrotechnical products. The company since 2003 from small wholesale and retail firm developed in the largest supplier of electrotechnical products of the Far East region.

Long partnership with producers of products, the adjusted sale of goods to the large wiring organizations oblige "Mireks" to join in in permanent existence in a warehouse the wide range of goods and to provide an uninterrupted supply of cable and conduction and electrotechnical products. The warehouse of the company located in Khabarovsk with a total area of 3500 sq.m. is used for processing and storage of electrotechnical products of different dimensions, cable products using kabelenamotchik, In warehouses unwind of products both to bays, and on drums is performed. Work of a warehouse is conducted at the different temperature conditions connected with change of seasons in a year.

At the beginning of 2013 the project on system implementation of management of the warehouse Logistics Vision Suite in a warehouse of Mireks company started.

The WMS systems setup based on basic system module of Warehouse Vision was made for 15 at the same time working users taking into account features of business processes and products of a warehouse. In the course of works the opportunity for work with cable products using kabelenamotchik was implemented, accounting in business processes and algorithms of specifics of metrazhny goods is configured (construction length, storage on drums and bays, etc.) and also physical properties of a cable during the work during the winter period, work with oversized goods, a possibility of use of close-meshed storage for small-volume products is configured, tabular integration of Logistics Vision with 1C, etc. is executed.

Upon completion of implementation the personnel of the customer completed a work and administration course of trainings of the implemented warehouse management system Logistics Vision Suite.
