On March 6, 2014 the Office Doc company announced completion of implementation in February, 2014 electronic document management systems "MATTER" in the office of the Ombudsman for Children in St. Petersburg.
Project Tasks
To the Ombudsman for Children in St. Petersburg, during 2012 2903 written and 2698 oral addresses arrived. Cope with the growing document flow volumes without use of specialized document management systems very difficult. At the end of 2013 the decision on implementation of the modern software product is made. Using an electronic document management system it was required to adjust accounting, to create the general base of electronic documents, to organize control of their execution and to automate processes of approval of draft documents.
Project Progress
The software provider and the contractor of the project select Office Doc company. The product which is most suitable on required functionality - the CASE system.
For automation of divisions purchased licenses for the CASE system, subsystem "DELO-Web", the options "Line Scanning", "Barcode Printing", "Search in a Barcode", "Informer", "Notification and Notification", "Process management", "Mobile Office". For personal work of the Ombudsman for Children in St. Petersburg "the automated workplace of the Head" is purchased.
Project Results
A system is installed and configured. For March 6, 2014 "MATTER" in the office of the Ombudsman for Children in St. Petersburg operates normally.
The main project deliverable - the base of documents available to all divisions of the office of the Representative is created. Specialists of organization perform search in base by any parameters and formirout statistic reports that simplified preparation of answers to standard citizens' appeals, gave the chance to significantly reduce terms of preparation of analytical materials.
