Media Markt implements the automation system of input of documents

On March 4, 2014 it became known of the project on automation of input of finance documents in MediaMarkt network. Works are performed by specialists of Correct company.

Project Tasks

As a part of MediaMarkt network in Russia (as of the end of 2013) 57 shops in 27 cities. Financial structures of the company daily pass through themselves a huge number of accounting documents that caused need to accelerate process of formation of document packages, to avoid errors at introduction of data to the accounting system, to simplify accounting work.

Project Progress

According to assigned tasks, the Correct company implemented the solution on the automated data entry on the platform of a system of recognition Abbyy FlexiCapture.

As a part of the solution outsourcing data processing. The finance documents coming to the company are scanned by the operator and go to the recognition server, are processed by the staff of Correct and transferred to the accounting system of MediaMarkt.

Project Results

After system implementation of the automated input in MediaMarkt the centralized processing of finance documents in a single continuous flow thanks to outsourcing services is performed.

The operating expenses connected with manual entry of data are cut down, the high accuracy of the obtained information is reached, the possibility of electronic storage the scan images of documents is provided.
