ENRC creates architecture of business processes

On March 5, 2014 the press service announced RDTECH participation of the company integrator in the project of development of architecture of business processes of ENRC group together with Deloitte company in 2013.

Project Tasks

During development of architecture of business processes which was conducted by Deloitte ENRC had a need of BPM examination.

Project Progress

Involved consultants of the center in works managerial and IT consulting of RDTECH company, they solved a number of problems:

• development of a methodological basis for creation of architecture of business processes of ENRC;
• carrying out transformation of the existing structure of business processes of ENRC;
• the organization of methodological support of the business experts participating in creation of models of processes of the company.

Project Results

The uniform architecture of business processes of ENRC is created that promoted creation of a uniform source of information on business processes, helped to develop and enter the mechanism of automatic generation of the regulating documentation into practice, to optimize change management of the existing business processes.
