Implementation of EDMS in JSC Mineralnye udobreniya

The KRIT command implemented in JSC Mineralnye udobreniya of EDMS DIRECTUM which allowed to bring document flow of the enterprise to qualitatively new level and expanded opportunities for work with documents. Thanks to an internal system management processes considerably accelerated, and time of the movement of documents was reduced.
Taking into account requirements of the customer the following business processes were automated:

• Approval, statement, registration and execution of ORD (orders, orders, external instructions);
  
• Office correspondence in the organization;
  
• Registration and execution of incoming correspondence;
  
• Approval, registration of outgoing correspondence;
  
• Approval and execution of solutions of minutes of meetings;
  
• Full stroke of work with contractual documents;
  
• Setup of end-to-end processes with other organizations of holding.
  

Thus, at the enterprise in one system there takes place approval and execution of documents on primary activity, preparation and performance of minutes of meetings, approval of contractual documents and also creation of the reporting.
