On March 12, 2014 it became known of a victory of Technoserv company in tender on rendering maintenance services and to monitoring of information and telecommunication infrastructure of central office and territorial authorities of Rosreestr in 2014. Cost of works on the contract of 109.8 million rubles.
Project Tasks
Within the contract Technoserv until the end of 2014 it was necessary to provide maintenance of working capacity and steady functioning of information and telecommunication infrastructure of Rosreestr as a part of which: server hardware, telecommunication nodes, firewalls, monitoring system, system of corporate e-mail, management system for access rights, database management systems, system of a video conferencing, situational center and Geoinformatsionny portal of Rosreestr.
The geography of the project covered 83 regions (about 2.5 thousand objects).
The service Service Desk of Technoserv which round the clock will accept addresses by the phone number, free for all regions of Russia, by fax, by e-mail or through WEB ACCESS to the system of technical support of Technoserv will become "single window" for the address of specialists of the customer on all questions of maintenance and monitoring. Service Desk will register requests and incidents, to define a priority of a problem and to transfer to the relevant division of specially created escort service of the contract.
Specialists of escort service bear responsibility for services of condition monitoring and efficiency of functioning corresponding a component of ICT infrastructure of Rosreestr, rapid response to the revealed problems in functioning and also for carrying out planned, procedural and repair and preventive services.
Rendering services in the agreement will be performed with observance of requirements of SLA with strict requirements on time of response to an incident - the recovery time of operability of the equipment at emergence of a problem with a critical priority is no more than 2 hours.
Besides, in escort service the division which is engaged in the analysis of addresses and development of recommendations, preparation of technical documentation and methodical materials, etc. will work.
