SOOO "NTS" (the owner of the Native land trademark) - one of the largest Belarusian companies performing development retail of technologies in Republic of Belarus announced results of system implementation for information analysis about sales and stocks based on the QlikView platform.

The Atlantconsult company which accumulated wide experience in setting and the organization of a business intelligence at the largest enterprises of Belarus acted as the partner in implementing solution.

Development and deployment of the platform of information analysis about sales and stocks based on the solution QlikView allowed "NTS" to create uniform idea of happening in retail chain stores (and it is more than 90 outlets across all Belarus) processes and to receive the flexible tool for operating control of stocks and sales in each of objects of network.

Before the implementing solution QlikView of the analyst in "NTS" it was conducted in other systems which opportunities did not allow to process quickly the huge data arrays which are daily arriving from each object of retail chain stores. Now specialists of department of analytics had an opportunity not only to quickly keep track of dynamics and profitability of sales, the range of stock remainders, total marginal return, but also to carry out the full analysis of sales in a foreground mode. "What product enjoys the greatest popularity? What goods item makes the greatest profit? How do consumer tastes in regions of Belarus differ?", - thanks to QlikView specialists of "NTS" received the unrolled answers to these and other questions.

The platform developed by a command Atlantconsult providing analytics for the top management of the company became one of important the QlikView tools in "NTS". Now functionality of a system allows the head to receive daily a complete picture about a status of the shopping facilities located in the different cities of the republic and to quickly make management decisions

The deputy CEO for information technology development of SOOO "NTS" Elena Oborotova noted: "For large retail chain stores the operational analytics of sales and warehouse stocks is an important mechanism for acceptance of right management decisions. A new system allows to regulate quickly the range in each outlet, to react timely to changes of the sales demand, to optimize work of personnel".
