On March 12, 2014 press service of the company "1C: The first BIT" was announced end by specialists of the company "by 1C: The first BIT" the project of automation of personnel records and payroll in complex prospecting company "Rusburmash".
Project Tasks
Earlier for personnel records and payroll Rusburmash used several different information systems. Accounting of the PIT by IFTS of separate divisions was conducted manually. Because of separation of data payroll and the related taxes took too much time, and data for accounting formed till several days monthly. Expense control on compensation on objects of works (wells, agreements) was represented by difficult process that complicated calculation of production cost value.
The company management made the decision on implementation of an information system for:
- associations of personnel records and payroll in one program,
- accelerations of calculation of remuneration to employees taking into account different schemes of awarding, allowances and deduction,
- expense control on compensation separately on objects of works.
Selected the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" software product. The choice is caused by use of a system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform for conducting accounting and tax accounting - "1C: Accounting 8 CORP".
Project Progress
Within half a year specialists "1C: The first BIT" installed a system, configured it according to requirements of the enterprise, transferred data of personnel records and payroll from legacy systems and spreadsheets.
Project Results
"In a project deliverable we received a common information space in which work of accountants, personnel employees and economists of the divisions which are in the different subjects of the Russian Federation with different time zones is joint. Performance and quality of work of the employees working in the program increased. Now, for example, the employee of HR department understands in a complex for what these or those data are necessary, and treats the entered information more responsibly. Besides, we managed to distribute more accurately responsibility between the services participating in payroll" — the chief accountant of Rusburmash company Alexey Tikhonov told.
