On March 12, 2014 the DocsVision company announced an exit of Docsvision 5 "Agreements".
Description
The Agreements application is implemented on the Docsvision 5 platform and intended for automation of contractual office-work: from registration, approval and signing before accounting of documents on agreement performance.
Possibilities of internal application controls allow its adaptation to requirements of any company. The application is installed on the Docsvision platform and does not require add-on modules. The gateways Docsvision to 1C: Enterprise and the module of integration with SAP B1 will help to organize communication of contractual office-work with the accounting system of the enterprise.
The solution automates registration, approval and agreement signature. In its structure a ready set of contractual documents (the agreement, the supplementary agreement and the act) and ready scenarios of processing of the agreement with a standard route of approval is reckoned. Convenient folders of routing for responsibles are provided, different representations for lists of agreements are implemented that allows to prepare the reporting quickly.
The ability to integrate with other applications and clients of Docsvision is implemented.
