LifeSize UVC Bundles

LifeSize UVC Bundles is software sets for ensuring stream broadcasting, record of video conferences and the organization of group video calls, from LifeSize company.

On December 16, 2013 the LifeSize company announced sets of software of LifeSize UVC Bundles as a part of which there are basic applications of the LifeSize UVC platform.

Description

According to statements of developers, new sets are suitable for ensuring stream broadcasting, record of video conferences and the organization of group video calls, including using mobile devices.

Three options of sets of software, for a certain number of users are prepared: small – on 100 users, average – up to 250 users and big – up to 500 users.

Components

• LifeSize UVC Multipoint: a flexible solution for group video calls;
• LifeSize UVC Transit: bypass of firewalls and NAT;
• LifeSize UVC Access: IP routing and call management;
• LifeSize UVC Video Engine: video calls of high definition using Microsoft Lync;
• LifeSize UVC Manager: management of video networks.

The new software solution differs in flexibility in the organization of mobile video conference, record of conferences, stream broadcasting and management. In need of a possibility of the platform can be expanded licenses or adding of a hardware multipoint set for 7 or 20 ports.

LifeSize UVC Bundles can be used for communication with the help of the PC on the Windows platform and Mac, smartphones and tablets.
