Kazan Dyyuti-Fri LLC (Microsoft Dynamics NAV)

The operator of duty-free trade at the Kazan airport of Kazan Dyyuti-Fri LLC together with Gebr company. Heinemann GmbH signed the 10-year contract for cooperation and opening of Duty Free shops in new terminals of the international airport "Kazan". As the contractor on system implementation of enterprise management the Business Solutions Adviser company was selected.

Within the project specialists of Business Solutions Adviser brought classification of the commodity nomenclature into accord with the Gebr Heinemann standards, implemented the general distributed system of reference books and an electronic document management system. Also complete migration of the available management system for the commodity movement on the new platform based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV 2009 and LS Retail NAV 2009 was carried out. The Business Solutions Adviser system engineers held consultations on the choice and setup of the retail and server hardware, executed design of network infrastructure with approval of the project with services IT of the Kazan airport.

The project considers features of the local legislation of the Republic of Tatarstan: the reporting under turnover of the alcoholic products including produced in the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan, local requirements of the Kazan customs service, etc.

On December 15, 2012 the first duty-free shop in new terminal 1A was open. Symbolical start of shop was made by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Shuvalov Igor Ivanovich. In the nearest future opening of 9 more shops in two terminals of the Kazan airport is planned.

The project is kept according to the Microsoft Dynamics Shure Step standards.
