The government of the Kurgan region ordered automation of state services of the region

On March 13, 2014 it became known of the public contract between IT Departmental Systems company and the government of the Kurgan region on creation of a single system of rendering the public and municipal services in electronic form and support of activity of MFC.

Project Tasks

In February, 2014 based on an open competition, IT Departmental Systems acquired the right to signing of the contract with the government of the Kurgan region. According to the signed contract, specialists "IT. The departmental systems" it is necessary to organize interdepartmental electronic interaction of authorities of the Kurgan region and to develop a number of subsystems. In their structure a subsystem of rendering the public and municipal services in electronic form, a subsystem of support of activity of MFC of the Kurgan region, a subsystem "The uniform portal of providing public services and information support of the multifunction centers of the Kurgan region". Besides, the contractor is obliged to deliver, configure, integrate the software of a management system for queue.

At the heart of the created solution own development "IT is put . The departmental systems" – a complex of the software tools "Poltava" which represents a set of the interconnected information systems providing needs of the region when implementing requirements of federal law No. 210-FZ "About the organization of providing the public and municipal services".

Execution of the project is planned till December 20, 2014. The cost of the public contract is 14 million rubles.
