Parus is the Budget reporting. Web is technology of preparation of the reporting for managers of budgetary funds (founders of budget and autonomous institutions and the organizations)
Action of a system
The typical circuit of creation of proposed solution for collecting, the code and consolidation of the budget reporting looks as it is shown in the drawing. The main manager (founder) from whose hierarchy of subordination all subordinated network proceeds is at the head. The single database is physically had at the main manager (founder) and for work with it specialists use the standard Windows application; removed participants of process of collecting, consolidation and code of the reporting on budget implementation are connected to this database on information channels (Ineternet, the multiservice computer network, a local computer network) using the Internet browser and use the uniform unified service data. Information streams dedicated lines of red color. At the same time each organization or group of organizations has the segment in this single database to which they have access for creation, storage and processing of the reports. Specific organization "sees" only the reports and does not "see" reports of the next organizations. And head organization can "see" (and if necessary to adjust), reports of subordinated organizations

- The web client is the most perspective and technological option of connection to the database for remote organizations. In this case remote users have no need to set any additional software. Interaction can be from any workplace equipped with Internet connection.
