On March 14, 2014 it became known of software implementation project 1C: Retail in Russian Tea Company LLC. The project was implemented by company "1C Architect of business".
Project Progress
As the software of retail chain stores the client uses the product "1C: Retail" which is optimum automating a trading activity of retail networks of different scales.
For March 14, 2014 specialists of "1C Architect of business" automate trade and management accounting in four new outlets of the customer.
In new shops of the Chayburg network which is a part of customer company the equipment is connected and set up:
- touch Posiflex KS-6715G terminal;
- linear laser Voyager 1250g Lite scanner;
- display of the buyer of Posiflex PD-2800B;
- scales of CAS ER JR-06CB;
- fiscal registrar of SHTRIH-M-FR-K.
Specialists of "1C Architect of business" configured a workplace of the cashier, created accounts of users, consulted cashiers according to the procedure of an institution of discount cards, finished the report of the plan-fact analysis of working time (taking into account personal sellings on employees) and also configured exchange with the central office.
By March 14, 2014 two of the planned four outlets work, start of two more is planned in the nearest future.
2015
September 22, 2015. Company "1C Architect of business" reported[1] about process automation in "The Russian of the tea company" based on "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management".
Choosing a Solution
Every day management of the enterprise should solve a set of problems, including to control purchase prices and a share of import, to monitor change of stocks, to keep the cost accounting, to calculate product cost and profitability of sales. The used earlier information system ceased to solve these problems effectively. On search of the necessary information a lot of time left, preparation of the analytical reporting was delayed that negatively affected decision making speed. Besides, a system did not give in to scaling. To increase effective management of business and to get access to operational data, the company management decided to integrate all management processes and accounting on the 1C: Enterprise platform. For project implementation company "1C Architect of business" was invited.
Result
As a result of project implementation it was succeeded to increase efficiency of management considerably: if on formation before analytical reports several hours, then now — left several seconds. Operational purchases of materials and goods are organized, loading of the packing line is optimized, equipment downtimes are excluded, cost accounting accuracy increased. Besides, costs for logistics were reduced and the operational goods delivery is provided to buyers that raised a customer loyalty.
Development Plans
In the nearest future development of the company, in particular – self-produced opening of tea in Russia is planned.
