SU of the IC RF across the Ulyanovsk region implements profile EDMS

On March 17, 2014 the Intels company announced an implementation project of AIK "SUPERVISION" in Investigation department of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation of the Ulyanovsk region.

Project Tasks

The project assumed to integrate within uniform EDMS department of reception of citizens and documentary providing regional government in Ulyanovsk and 11 investigative departments of the Ulyanovsk region (4 departments of the districts of Ulyanovsk and 7 interdistrict departments). The first stage of the project began in January, 2014.

Project Progress

According to the contract specialists of Intels LLC inspected document flow in Investigation department and territorially isolated investigative departments, installed a system on the server, carried out its setup. Jobs of AIK "SUPERVISION" provide the staff of department of reception of citizens and to documentary providing SU of the IC RF across the Ulyanovsk region. District and interdistrict departments received on one workplace.

At this stage the right to work in a system was acquired by the specialists of Territorial Offices responsible for office-work. Group and individual training of users to the main working methods in AIK is in conclusion provided.

Project Results

Results of the first stage of implementation of AIK:

• automation of office work section of a management activity of SU of the IC RF across the Ulyanovsk region;
• possibility of use of uniform rules of document registration by all specialists who are responsible for registration procedures including in territorially separate divisions;
• increase in processing speed of documents;
• organization of control of execution of documents and instructions for them;
• creation of conditions for implementation of a single system of electronic document management with the general database for all divisions of Investigation department.
