On March 17, 2014 it became known of the project of the company Hercules Projects implemented for the benefit of Factory of the Tree Albero Arth. The customer received a "cloud" project management system of Advant in use.
Project Tasks
The question of lack of communications in a project team was particularly acute for the company Albero Arth. Much, involved in the project employees, did not know about the planned dates of implementation and additional factors influencing terms of accomplishment of tasks - often orders were not executed to the planned date.
Before the simple solution for task management – Basecamp plus by the MS Excel in which a register of projects was maintained was used. The solution was not effective in view of the fact that the project scope of Factory of Derev included thousands of interconnected tasks. Taking into account constantly changing situation and priority inversion, it should rearrange daily manually hundreds of tasks connected among themselves.
The decision on the choice of other software product was made. The company management set the task - to find a system which displays strategic plans of development of the company quickly updates project statuses, supports discussions of the arising questions and documents, manages tasks using the chart Ganta. After requirements analysis, the choice was stopped on Advant management system as the most economic and full-function solution.

In a system configured necessary sections for work: "Sales", Orders, "Projects of organizational development", Operational work, Knowledge base and Strategic planning.
Project Results
For March 17, 2014 in a system 25 employees of a technical and managing personnel of the company work. The leading role is assigned to the administrator of project office. In its duty creation in the system of new projects and their planning together with project managers, updating of the statuses of the current tasks, resource planning (both internal, and external) and also production performance indicator assessment.
"Initially extremely ambitious goal was set for the project – by 3 times to increase production efficiency. The technique of measurement of this indicator was for this purpose developed. Weekly the percent of change of tasks was added to each project. Having calculated this percent in a cash equivalent, proceeding from the total cost of the project, and having put indicators on all projects of Factory of the Tree, we received development of the company in a week. After that began to keep track of dynamics of change of this indicator.
