Kvashnin Anatoly Viktorovich is the head of Northwest investigation department on transport of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, the Major-General of Justice.
Biography
Anatoly in 1962, in the Omsk region was born.
Since 1978 worked as the mechanic in a coastal lesokombinat of the Omsk logging consolidation Omskles.
In 1979 entered the Omsk state university and got the higher legal education in 1984.
From 1984 to 1985 served in AF of the USSR.
In 1985 began to work in prosecutor's office of the Omsk region, the trainee of prosecutor's office of Kuibyshevsky district of the city of Omsk.
Since 1986 Anatoly is the assistant prosecutor of Kuibyshevsky district of the city of Omsk.
In 1987 and for 2002 Kvashnin worked in prosecutor's office of the Rostov region, the assistant prosecutor of the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky.
From 2002 to 2007 worked in the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation as the senior prosecutor of department of supervision of investigation of crimes by federal bodies of MFD, FSB, FSNST and the State Customs Committee of Russia of management of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation in the Southern Federal District.
Since 2007 it is appointed in Northwest transport prosecutor's office, the senior assistant of the Northwest transport prosecutor on organizational issues, control of execution and legal support.
Since 2011 Anatoly Viktorovich is appointed the head of Northwest investigation department on transport of Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
For March 18, 2014 Anatoly Viktorovich Kvashnin works as the head of Northwest investigation department on transport of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.
