Implementation of a corporate portal in INSPRO consulting group

Earlier as the portal the Share Point system was used, experienced difficulty in modification, due to absence and the high cost of specialists in this product. Integration with the accounting system used at the enterprise – 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8, it was also impossible, for the same reasons. At the same time in the old portal already functioned the system of requests for IT providing and on automation, news of the company were placed, there was a block of placement accounting, the normative reference information and documentation on SMK. Transition was caused need of automation of the following tasks:

  • Integration with 1C, for automatic updating of staff of the enterprise, divisions
  • Integration with 1C, for the automatic publication of information on absence of employees at office
  • Integration with 1C, for informing on change in personnel structure
  • Need of appointment and control of tasks
  • Need for a system more available to independent moderating and mastering and also inexpensive in operation

At implementation of the portal 1C-Bitrix faced a problem of integration of employees from 1C in the portal. Since standard unloading transfers according to regulated accounting, and the task consisted in data transfer according to management accounting, this complexity managed to be solved having changed rules of transfer.

At integration of the Corporate portal with MS Outlook Express identifications by the AD password consisting of characters in Russian also faced a problem, this complexity did not manage to be solved, it was necessary to change passwords to users. Choice of the software product

1) It was going to automate the following tasks:

  • Integration with 1C: employees, structure of the company, staff changes, diagram of otsutstviye of employees.
  • Work with documents, their storage
  • Electronic requests for IT support, order of admissions, order for personnel recruitment, order for office
  • Appointment and control of execution of tasks
  • Publication of official news and information on life of the company
