As a result:

• business processes of "Trips of employees and expense reports" are automated in the 1C: Document Flow 8 CORP program with creation of new compound business processes;
• difficult routes of approval, a statement and execution with all participants of business processes are considered;
• Software "1C: Document Flow 8 CORP" is integrated with software "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" regarding automatic formation of payment documents in the advance payments and overexpenditures according to expense reports;
• training in groups is provided;
• a system is brought into commercial operation;
• 100 jobs are automated;
• access rights of users are differentiated;
• document types are configured: request for a trip, request for advance payment, expense report;
• rules of autocompletion of templates of files in the Word and Excel formats are configured;
• the notification of mobile users by e-mail is configured in such a way that users can receive investments and from mail to carry out an approval task, specifying the comments.
